All classroom services are subject to general terms. A learner agrees to accept Agreements as detailed.

The fee paid is non-refundable. The fee must be paid during the registration (Once or in installments), not otherwise.

If not for learning reasons allowed by the teacher, a learner is prohibited from using or playing their phones, laptops, or any such devices during the class.

A learner agrees to arrive on time. When session time has reached, the learner(s) are required to be in their respective classroom. For any reason, any language class can be suspended for two weeks ONLY.

For learning purposes, language classrooms do not take more than 10 students at once, while classes for tuition, QT, and resitters do not take more than 20 students.

If not allowed by a teacher, a learner is not allowed to interact with any activity haphazardly.

Classrooms are designed to enable learners to interact with knowledge in all skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) and activities initiated by a teacher. A learner agrees to actively participate in these activities as directed. Any learner who fails to do this may be required to participate more than others in different language activities.

Any abusive behavior caused by a teacher should be reported to the office in time. A learner is required not to remain silent or be afraid of reaching out to the office for further assistance.

Under any circumstances, a learner is not required to move any movable furniture, including chairs, tables, and desks, without the permission of the office.

When there is no activity in the classroom, all lights and fans should be turned off.

For the best learning, positive relationships between the teacher and the learner are emphasized. No personal relationship is supported by the office. Both parties agree to be responsible for this issue.

No drinking and/or eating anything during the session.

No drawing on the desks, walls or chairs. When caught, you will be penalized 50,000 (for Tanzanians), or $20 (for non-Tanzanians).

Only after passing the final exam can a student receive a certificate. The passing marks should not be below 60 out of 100.

Any disappearance for two weeks will be regarded as discontinuity of the course. A learner will be required to to pay half of the course fee to continue the class

For any reason, any language class can be suspended for two weeks ONLY.

A learner should always sit on chairs, not on tables, nor elsewhere.
